PRIVACY POLICY
We don't hold your details for any other reason than customer service or marketing if you opt in. When you complete a purchase we will add you to our customer database so we can manage your order. You can select whether you wish to be part of our marketing - we use a minimalist marketing principle so you don't get bombarded by yet another generic marketing system! You can ask us to remove you from our database at any time once your order is complete. We don't sell your details.
STOCK INVENTORY
Not all products are held in stock at all times due to the nature of manufacturing by hand with natural materials through specific supply chains. Whilst every effort is made to ensure you have your product as soon as possible there may be delays. We use an ‘In Stock’ and ‘Pre-order’ system to reduce the possibility of delay as much as possible.
PURCHASING
You can buy online using your Visa or Eftpos debit or credit card. We also accept internet banking payments if this suits you better. All prices are shown in NZD, include GST and are per item. Some photos may show multiple items, but the price is only for 1 item, unless otherwise specified. Items other than the product in pictures are only present to give a sense of scale and are not indicative of any intended use. These items are not supplied with the product advertised.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enter the correct shipping details in the shipping section at check out. We do not take responsibility for miss-deliveries of parcels based on incorrect entry of delivery address on website forms and any additional fees due to incorrect address entry are the responsibility of the purchaser. Check all forms for correct details before continuing to payment. In the event of a purchase at an incorrectly advertised price we retain the right to offer a full refund and cancel the order at any time.
CANCELLATION
We cannot guarantee that we can modify your order once your product is being fabricated in our workshop, due to material resourcing; get in touch at info@enduringdesigns.nz and we will do what we can.
UNIQUENESS
Our items are hand made using natural products and therefore will vary slightly in colour and size in particular. They might also change over time depending on the environment they're in. We aim to provide you with items as close as possible to the images provided - as far as nature allows us!
ASSEMBLY
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any method of construction of the product follows the instructions. Damages caused by failure to follow these instructions remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
USE
The purchaser and end user is responsible for the product positioning, use and modifications.
Damage(s) caused to the product, other property, or persons, are the responsibility of the purchaser and end user. Examples include (but are not limited to) excessive loading, unbalanced loading, not affixing to a firm structure or allowing children to use unsupervised. It should be noted that the shelves slot together, so there is the possibility of individual parts moving independently. Seismic activity should be considered. Due to a wide variety of construction materials in Aotearoa New Zealand we don't provide a fixing; it remains the responsibility of the purchaser and end user to select a fixing that is appropriate to the item's location. No loading capacity is given as the rate of degradation of natural materials is different for different environments and treatments; the purchaser and end user must exercise judgement of a reasonable load depending on the item(s) condition and fixing arrangement(s) they have selected. For exterior use, an appropriate finish would need to be applied to ensure longevity. Plywood is a natural material that has a long (yet finite) lifespan if it is used appropriately; this will change depending on the environment it is being used in and the care that is taken of it.
